The key

The key tips are rounded and finely ground, so every key slides into the lock easily and without problems. Each key is coated with a unique nickel silver alloy that not only lets the key glide smoothly into the cylinder but is also exceptionally hard-wearing. As a result, EVVA 3KS Plus keys withstand even the toughest conditions, such as high humidity or the environment of production halls in industrial buildings. A distinctive feature of 3KS Plus keys is the curved milling, which makes copying or tampering by third parties virtually impossible and so ensures greater security. Every key comes with an EVVA security card. Only with this card can a duplicate key be made by selected authorised partners. On request, all EVVA 3KS Plus keys can also be given a design of your own. For example, different colours can be chosen to organise the allocation to users more easily.
The lock cylinder
Unlike many other mechanical master key systems, the cylinder of the EVVA 3KS Plus system works with a patented spring-free mechanism: the locking elements in the cylinder are moved by the curved milling of the key without pressing against spring force. On the one hand, this type of mechanism suffers less wear; on the other, the technology allows a more complex security check via the key code. Further advantages:
Thanks to its housing anti-drill protection, the EVVA 3KS Plus cylinder offers maximum security against the cylinder being drilled open. A so-called hard-metal pressure slide protects the cylinder from being forcibly torn out by third parties. The EVVA 3KS Plus cylinder also offers anti-scanning protection, meaning the locking elements in the cylinder are designed so that they cannot be scanned from outside in order to make a duplicate key.
